As someone who grew up here, I cannot help but feel a sense of pride when admiring this image, in all of its glory. This vivid image is one that excites my senses and silences my fears of darker days. What was once simply a midpoint between Fort Worth and El Paso is now a unique community strongly impacting the great state of Texas.
